Principles of healing
There are situations in life that seem to be miracles. A sudden healing of something that we did not expect or an illness that passes when we stop focusing on it.
What is really happening is that the principles of healing are at play.
It’s the digestive issue or the skin rash that goes away by itself. It’s the emotional state of heartbreak that passes. Or the neck pain that mysteriously disappears.
It’s the principle of healing that has taken place.
Because none of this happens randomly, even if it seems so to us.
You are a planet. There is a 40 trillion population living in you and like on planet earth, that population needs to cohabit in harmony. All the cells of your organism communicate with each other. They carry the same information and then everyone has their own specialty.
This means that if there is an issue with one part of your body, all the other parts are aware of it. This means two things : the manifestation of a symptom might be in a different part than where the actual issue started and it means that we can fix something by changing things in life that might not be related to the symptom, when you look at it from the outside.
It is of course the reason that just treating a symptom might not be the solution to a problem. That we take a pill for this, that and the other as if we had so many problems at the same time. Because they all come from one same root cause but we are not addressing it so we just keep putting out fires. And these fires seem to occur all the time.
When energy flows freely in all parts of the body, disease has no possibility to occur. But if there is blockage, there is a disruption in the communication between the cells and conflict happens.
Your main concern to stay in balance is to keep that flow of energy going steady. To do so, you need to make sure that the organism is capable of regulating itself. That is possible when your nervous system is at ease and commands all the other systems to function properly. Your nervous system is functioning well when it feels safe. It feels safe when it is following the rhythm of your biology, when it’s not being tampered with and when the energy levels are at the right point.
Basically : when the set points in your body are where they are supposed to be.
When we want to heal, when we want to take our current state of suffering into a freedom state, this is what we need to focus on. We do it either from our mental focus, our physical well being or a spiritual seeking.
Whether it’s psychotherapy, taking the yogic path or adopting the Ayurvedic lifestyle : these are all systems that help us to elevate ourselves. They allow us to bring our mindless rituals into the light of awareness and then consciously replace them with chosen new ones that bring us balance and wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional plane.
This is exactly what my online program does to you : we start off with looking at what you do know right now and want to change. We then implement all three systems : approaching the mental state, the emotional state and the physical over 8 weeks of work together.
